Call for Abstracts from Industry!

We are reaching out to invite you and your company to submit abstracts to Biofabrication 2016, the annual conference of the International Society for Biofabrication
which will be held in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA on October 29-31, 2016.
The International Society for Biofabrication (ISBF) was founded in 2010 and is a scientific and professional society,
which promotes advances in biofabrication research, development, education, training, and medical and clinical applications.

The field of biofabrication is rapidly growing and an increasing number of new companies with innovative tools and products are being formed.
As such, we have dedicated an industry session, entitled “Innovative Tools and Products” with the goal of providing attendees up-to-date information related to new tools and products available for research.
This session will provide you an opportunity, as a distinguished industry partner and leader, to showcase your products and technologies in this industry-dedicated program session.

We seek our industry colleagues’ participation and abstract submission. To submit an abstract, please follow the guidelines below:

● The abstract should be technology-based and should not be presented as a commercial advertisement.
● Describe the technology and capability of your product.
● Describe examples of studies performed with your product.
● Describe how your technology can benefit researchers, advance the science, and ultimately positively impact society.

Biofabrication 2016 offers additional opportunities that can further highlight your company through sponsorship and exhibition.
If you are interested in exploring these opportunities, please contact the Biofabrication 2016 sponsorship liaison, Joan Schanck (
jschanck@wakehealth.edu) for discussion and arrangement.

The Biofabrication 2016 meeting aims to provide a comprehensive three-day program that includes the latest biofabrication methods, materials, and technologies, and their impact on medicine.
The meeting will be of multidisciplinary nature and gather research leaders, scholars, clinicians and company representatives from around the world to exchange ideas on the rapidly developing topic of biofabrication.

We look forward to the submission of abstracts from our distinguished industry partners for the 2016 Annual Conference of the International Society for Biofabrication and to seeing you in Winston-Salem, “Where Discovery and Innovation Translate into Practice”.
